Hard to believe, the man who fused funk and pop, making dance a compulsion, and produced some of the greatest music, and Sign of the Times has got to be one of the greatest albums of the 1980’s. But he spanned all genres, and we forget just what a gifted guitarist he was in the midst of all that talent.
Dr. Groove is weary of doing tribute shows, and an hour could not do justice to Prince, so simply we bookend this show with two songs from him.
