This week kicks off with a bit of the rock from Zen Guerrilla and Wolfmother. Then it’s the on to the fuzz from The New Bomb Turks, Mudhoney, Tokyo Electron and The Functional Blackouts. Cerebral Ballzy add a bit of hardcore and Be My Doppelganger bring the pop punk. Things stay fairly poppy with a brand new one off the brand new Bad Sports album. Next up it’s the Boys and The Missing Monuments. At the half hour mark it’s Beer 30 from The Reverend Horton Heat in honour of this weekend’s Irish Craft Beer Festival. Next up it’s a bit of garage from King Kahn and the Shrines and then Ty Segall. Things get heavy with an absolutely stonking tune from Red Fang, a classic from Ministry and a blaster from Zeke. A few short songs follow with Venereans (click link for free download of album), The Mean Jeans and Mike Watt and the Missingmen and then it’s one from Watt’s side project The Stooges. Things finish off with two to try to keep the good weather going. First it’s LA’s Fleshies and then a classic from Australia’s Radio Birdman. Tune in, turn it up, drink good beer.
